Exceptional flavor, especially the blueberry lemon ones. The cookies can withstand dunking in tea with milk, soaking up the drink without crumbling right away. The fruit pieces in the blueberry lemon and the orange cranberry are a nice finishing touch.
To be expected, a few (around 1/5th) of the cookies in some boxes arrived broken due to their thin nature. Bubblewrap was in place at the top and bottom within the shipping box, but not used on the inner sides. More bubble wrap means bigger boxes shipped and costing more, so maybe a 'fragile' sticker on the outside of the box could reduce broken cookies. I'm only mentioning it for feedback purposes, personally i was unbothered by a few broken cookies.
I'd say your products/cookies are delicious and sold at a very reasonable price.
Krispy, and killer!!
