How do I cancel or change my order?
Using the buttons at the bottom of your confirmation email, customers can edit or cancel their own order for up to 1 hour after the order is placed to correct any issues. If more than one hour has passed, please contact us at orders@deweys.com for any changes.
If you placed one order to ship to multiple addresses, we're not able to offer the ability to edit or cancel your own order. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please note: we're not able to make any changes to orders that have already been fulfilled.
Does Dewey’s use peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat or other allergens in your products?
Our products are baked with or may contain traces of Almonds, Cashews, Coconut, Eggs, Hazelnuts, Macadamia Nuts, Milk, Peanuts, Pecans, Pine Nuts, Soy, Walnuts and Wheat. For many products, the exact ingredients will be available as a secondary image on the item page. How long will my order take to ship?
Orders are shipped within one to two business days from the date of receipt (inventory permitting). Business hours are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders placed before 12pm EST will ship same day, or the next business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the following business day. I created an account and need to change my account information. To edit your Dewey’s account information click on the icon in the top right corner of the page. If you have forgotten your password, click the "recover password" link. If you know your password, Enter your username and password and click the “Sign In” button. By default you will be redirected to your account page. Any editable profile information will be available for you to change. After you edit the necessary fields, click the “Save” button.
How do I create an account?
To create an account, add an item to your shopping cart. Then, click the “view cart” button that’s located underneath the “add to cart” button. Select “New Customer Checkout” to create your account.
I signed up to receive Dewey’s emails, how do I stop receiving them?
If you opted-in for email communications, refer to the bottom of the last email communication we sent. At the bottom of every email there is an opt-out link offered. Upon clicking on that link, you will be automatically removed from our email communications list.
What if I forgot my user name and/or password?
If you forgot your password click here to recover it . If you have forgotten your email, you must create a new account.
Is your website Secure?
Security is of the utmost importance to our customers and we are committed to your security and privacy when shopping online. I’ve placed an order. How do I track my order?
To track an order you’ve placed online log into your account and click on “view orders”. There you can track past shipments as well as check on status of current orders you have placed. Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO’s?
We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can I pre-order to ship items in the future?
We do not offer pre-ordering on our website. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Can I ship to multiple locations in one purchase?
Yes, you may ship to multiple locations in one order. Add all desired items to your cart. In your cart, you'll see red text that says "Ship to multiple addresses?". Check the box next to this text, and you'll be promoted to enter each address.
Can I change my order once it’s been placed?
Please call 877.339.3974 , and our customer service team will make every effort to apply changes to your order before it ships.
