How do I cancel or change my order? 

Using the buttons at the bottom of your confirmation email, customers can edit or cancel their own order for up to 1 hour after the order is placed to correct any issues. If more than one hour has passed, please contact us at orders@deweys.com for any changes.

If you placed one order to ship to multiple addresses, we're not able to offer the ability to edit or cancel your own order. We apologize for any inconvenience.  

Please note: we're not able to make any changes to orders that have already been fulfilled. 

What are your holiday shipping deadlines?

Thanksgiving delivery:
Place your order by November 21st (ground shipping) or November 22nd (2-day shipping).
If you're on the East coast, shipping can be faster - if you fill you cart and begin checkout, you'll get accurate delivery estimate based on your location. However, always allow some time for carrier delays during the busy holiday season.

Christmas Delivery:
Place your order by December 18th (ground shipping) or December 19th (2-day shipping).
If you're on the East coast, shipping can be faster - if you fill you cart and begin checkout, you'll get accurate delivery estimate based on your location. However, always allow some time for carrier delays during the busy holiday season.

Does Dewey’s use peanuts, tree nuts, soy, wheat or other allergens in your products?

Our products are baked with or may contain traces of Almonds, Cashews, Coconut, Eggs, Hazelnuts, Macadamia Nuts, Milk, Peanuts, Pecans, Pine Nuts, Soy, Walnuts and Wheat. For many products, the exact ingredients will be available as a secondary image on the item page. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders placed before 12pm EST will ship the following business day (Monday through Friday). Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped within 2 business days. Ground shipping typically takes 1-6 business days. If you're on the East coast, shipping will be faster since we ship from our bakery in North Carolina.

If you fill you cart and begin checkout, you'll get a more accurate UPS delivery estimate based on your location. However, we recommend factoring in some time for carrier delays during the busy holiday season!

If you wish, expedited service such as 2 Day (delivery within 2 Business Days), Next Day (delivery within one Business Day) are available for an additional charge.

I created an account and need to change my account information.

To edit your Dewey’s account information click on the icon in the top right corner of the page. If you have forgotten your password, click the "recover password" link. If you know your password, Enter your username and password and click the “Sign In” button. By default you will be redirected to your account page. Any editable profile information will be available for you to change. After you edit the necessary fields, click the “Save” button.

How do I create an account?

To create an account, add an item to your shopping cart. Then, click the “view cart” button that’s located underneath the “add to cart” button. Select “New Customer Checkout” to create your account.

I signed up to receive Dewey’s emails, how do I stop receiving them?

If you opted-in for email communications, refer to the bottom of the last email communication we sent. At the bottom of every email there is an opt-out link offered. Upon clicking on that link, you will be automatically removed from our email communications list.

What if I forgot my user name and/or password?

If you have forgotten your password, click the "recover password" link. If you have forgotten your email, you must create a new account.

Is your website Secure?

Security is of the utmost importance to our customers and we are committed to your security and privacy when shopping online. We use state-of-the-art software to encrypt your credit card numbers and personal information automatically while they are in transit over the Internet, preventing a third party from viewing this information. We use GoDaddy’s Secure Ordering as our Internet Security Provider to ensure that your information is safe. We promise to protect information about our customers from being viewed by a third party including within our customer service office. I’ve placed an order. How do I track my order?

To track an order you’ve placed online log into your account and click on “view orders”. If you don't have an account, you can easily track your order using out chatbot - simply click the icon on the bottom right, and enter your order number and email address to see your order status.

Where can I find nutrition information?

On each individual product page, the nutritional information is one of the secondary images. View the thumbnails below the main image, then click or scroll over to the nutrition image.

Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO’s?

We are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO addresses. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I pre-order to ship items in the future?

We do not offer pre-ordering on our website. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Can I ship to multiple locations in one purchase?

Yes, you may ship to multiple locations in one order. Add all desired items to your cart. In your cart, you'll see a button at the bottom t that says "Ship to multiple addresses?". Check the box next to this text, and you'll be promoted to enter each address.

Are there any additional shipping requirements I should know about?

How can I add a gift message to my order?

In your cart just above the orange checkout button, there is a gift message check box. Check the box, and you can add your message. If you have already started checking out, simply go back to the cart to add your message. 
NOTE: If you're shipping to multiple addresses, the cart will look slightly different. You'll be able to add a gift message for each address during checkout (after you click "checkout" from your multi-address cart).
