Recipe: Valentine's Ice Box Cake
Ingredients:
- Brownie Crisp Cookies (or your choice of flavor)
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Optional: Sprinkles/food coloring
Instructions:
- Whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to whip until stiff peaks form.
- Pipe whipped cream on the inside of one cookie and then stack another on top. Place this stack on it's side and repeat, laying the cookies in the shape of a heart.
- Spread a generous layer of whipped cream over the cookies.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, decorate with colored whipped cream or sprinkles
