Chocolate Covered Strawberry Bark Recipe

Wow your Valentine with this quick and easy Valentines themed bark. Creamy white chocolate layered with crisp and thin  Brownie Crisp Moravian Cookie Thins topped with crunch freeze dried strawberries. Sure to please after a romantic dinner!

Chocolate Covered Strawberry Bark Recipe

Yield: 10 large pieces of chocolate bark
Prep: 20 minutes
Chill Time: 20 minutes
Total Time: 40 minutes

- 1 package of vanilla almond bark or candy melts (if using chocolate, it must be tempered)
- 20 Brownie Crisp Moravian Cookie Thins
 - 1 cup of freeze dried strawberries

1. Melt almond bark in the microwave being sure to stir every 30 seconds to not burn it.
2. Smooth a 1/2 inch layer of melted almond bark over parchment paper.
3. Place a layer of Brownie crisp cookies over the layer of almond bark. Refrigerate until set.
4. Pour another layer of melted almond bark on top of the brownie crisp cookie layer.
5. Sprinkle freeze dried strawberries over top layer of almond bark.
Optional: crush a few Brownie Cookie Thins and sprinkle on top of bark to add extra brownie flavor and crunch!
6. Place bark in the refrigerator to set up completely then break bark into pieces. Enjoy!
