- Using a plastic bag or container, crush the Brownie Crisp cookies until they resemble fine crumbs. Set aside.
- If using a pudding that isn't naturally green in color like pistachio, add food coloring to your selection and mix well. You can skip this step if you don't want any luck of the Irish!
- Put a 1-inch layer of pudding into your serving dish using a spoon or a piping bag followed by a layer of brownie crisp crumbs and repeat until you reach the top.
