Ingredients:
- Brownie Crisp Cookies
- Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
- Optional- Sprinkles/Lucky Charms Marshmallows
Directions:
- Scoop Ice cream and place directly on the bottom of one cookie.
- Layer another cookie on top to create a sandwich.
- Roll sandwich in marshmallows, sprinkles, or other toppings.
- Freeze for 20 minutes to harden. Leave overnight to soften the cookies like a traditional ice cream sandwich. Enjoy!
