Ingredients:
- Brownie Crisp Moravian Cookie Thins
- Mini Reeses Peanut Butter Cups OR Rolo's
- White or Colored Icing
- Frosted Cupcakes
How to Assemble:
Unwrap your chocolate candy and create a buckle design circling the candy using your icing. Use a dollop of icing to secure the bottom of the candy to your cookie thin, then place on top of your cupcake. We recommend adding the hats to your cupcake before serving to keep the cookie crisp and fresh!
