Created in the early 1930s, this recipe begins with yeast raised dough, coated with a thick pecan glaze and baked to a golden brown, then filled with our signature whipped icing.

• After 95 years, we still bake these cakes the traditional way, by hand in our local bakery. 
• Enjoy within 3 days, or freeze until ready to eat or give as a gift. 
• Each cake is 18oz, 8"x8" square.
