Yes! If you’re craving something new, you can adjust the flavor assortment for your next shipment. This is done by logging into your Deweys.com account if you have one. If not, you can click any link we send you regarding your subscription, and you'll then access your customer portal.

Can I skip a delivery or pause my deliveries?

Yes, you can choose to skip or pause your subscription, and easily manage yourself in our subscription portal.

When will my first cookie box ship?

We’ll ship out your cookies within 1-2 business days after you place your order.

How often will my cookies be delivered?

Choose to get cookies delivered to your door every 1, 2, 3, 4 5, or 6 months! You'll choose frequency in the 3rd and final step.

Your card will be charged the same day your order ships.

What is the cost of shipping?

We offer a flat rate of $9.99 for ground shipping within the continental US. Orders over $60 ship free, so our 12-pack subscriptions ship free of charge.
