INGREDIENTS
2 Apples of your choice (we recommend a slightly tart, but sweet apple)
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Butter
8 Triple Ginger Cookies, crushed
Dice your apples into bite sized pieces and set aside.
Add your butter to a pan over medium heat and melt.
Add apples and cinnamon and cook on medium low until soft. Depending on the type of apple, you may need to add water or apple cider to aid the cooking process and make the apples softer.
Once your apples have reached your desired softness, spoon into ramekins and top with plenty of crushed cookies for extra apple flavor and a delectable, buttery crunch! Enjoy!
